Serving Lee, Charlotte, and Collier Counties (Florida), The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is organized based on functional responsibilities that are rooted in judicial administration and court operations areas. 

Florida's newly formed Sixth District Court of Appeals is composed of the ninth, tenth, and twentieth judicial circuits in Florida. 

The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida covers over over 350 miles from the Georgia border on the northeast to south of Naples on Florida's southwest coast. Made up of 14 district judges, 14 senior judges, and 17 magistrate judges, the district has five divisions in Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Ocala, Orlando, and Tampa.
