Shoot us a message with your availability and the basis of how we can help you. We will schedule you a consultation with one of our Document Preparation Experts by phone or via chat, whichever is more comfortable for you.
Gather and Send
Depending on your situation, we will ask you to provide us with information and copies of items needed to evaluate your case and how we can help you.
Gather the requested information and email it to us.
Attend your Virutal Consultation
Next, it is time to chat with us to see what we can do for you. At your consultation, you will be able to ask us questions and get our feedback about your situation. Remember, we aren't lawyers so we cannot give you legal advice, BUT we can tell you what documents you need to move forward with the next steps of your lawsuit. Once a plan is established (and you pay your retainer) we will get immediately to work on preparing your custom court documents and in most situations, can provide 24 hour turnaround time for your final review.
Final Review and Approval
After the consultation, there is nothing left for you to do but sit back, and relax! We will use the information you provided us with to create custom court forms tailored to your unique situation. Once we have completed, we will email you the documents for your final review and approval and make any revisions that may be needed and answer any questions you may have.
